about the client:

2Win is an organization specializing in B2B sales of modern gadgets and accessories. The customer wanted their services to be available on both the website and mobile app for the convenience of their customers.

solution:

Along with the development of the site, our team started developing a mobile application. With a well-built architecture, our team integrated the application with the existing website system, ensuring seamless operation of both platforms.

Prototype

The first stage of work consisted in the design of the entire program and adaptation of website functions for mobile devices. It was important to take into account the key features of using mobile applications and customer requirements. A detailed prototype of the mobile application was created with the definition and detailed description of all the functions that were to be implemented.

Design solutions

Specific Functionality

Due to the specifics of the B2B segment, our program combined both standard and unique functions for users. Among them were such possibilities as categorization of goods in the basket, management of contracts and mutual settlements, as well as optimization of the process of repeat orders. Our task was to integrate these functions while providing a clear interface and ease of use.

01

Navigation

In order to organize the customer's wide range of products, which had several levels of hierarchy, we set ourselves the task of simplifying the navigation and search for the necessary products. Our team has developed a number of solutions, including a two-level scrolling menu, an advanced search with additional options, as well as grouping products according to various criteria, which greatly facilitates the process of product selection.

02

Multi-platform

When developing the application, we took into account the specific design requirements set by the App Store and Google Play. As some apps are rejected by these platforms due to non-compliance with design standards, we have taken special care to adapt the visual design of our app to ensure it is compatible with both platforms.

03

Different usage scenarios

The mobile application was designed with different usage scenarios in mind. In the example of products, this includes not only standard situations with existing products, but also special cases, such as products to order, limited quantities, products of a certain phone model or brand, as well as recommendations of such products. We have ensured that every element of the interface adapts to a specific scenario, providing all the necessary information without overwhelming the user.

Technical solutions

React Native Technology

In order to save the customer's resources and avoid developing separate applications for iOS and Android, our team created a cross-platform mobile application. This program has been optimized to work efficiently on both operating systems, allowing to ensure the same high quality and functionality on different devices.

Full integration with 1C

In the project, we focused on the integration of website management with the client's already existing accounting and inventory management system in the 1C program, which was configured according to individual logic. Our designed architecture ensures automatic data synchronization between these systems. This means that product information, including detailed descriptions and categorization by brand, is automatically uploaded to the site, minimizing the need for manual intervention.

System of individual contracts

One of the key functions of the program is the management of customer contracts that affect currency, individual discounts and customer balance. To optimize this process, we created an internal accounting system similar to conventional mobile banking. It allows users to conveniently manage their contracts, view balances and settlements, and easily switch between different contracts in one application.

Conclusion

The "2WIN" mobile application has become a valuable addition to our customer's existing sales channels, offering the company significant competitive advantages. It allows not only to expand the company's market presence, but also significantly simplifies interaction with customers, increasing service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The basis for the development of the program was the development of the online store.
